"I've had several extremely bad experiences with this agency, but the most egregious occurred when my wife and I were shopping for a car and we called and asked for a quote. We come to find out several weeks later that the agent thought that he'd do us a favor and sign us up for the policy without so much as a signature from us, which would have been nice had we actually bought the car. We went round and round with our agent trying to get him to reverse the charges for a policy that we didn't ask for, and on a car we didn't own, and he either genuinely couldn't understand what was wrong with the situation or did a very good job of playing dumb throughout the process. Eventually he gave in and said he fixed it, and I believed it right up until I got a bill for the policy in the mail. I call him up again, he says he fixes it, I get another bill, call again, and then he finally fixes it. I can't explain just how easy it would have been to keep me as a customer; my parents used State Farm and I grew up thinking that they were the only insurance company out there, and I never bothered to check competitors' rates once I started driving. I don't know if the underlying cause of the problems I had with the company were due to incompetence, greed, lack of training and communication, issues with the back office, or some combination therein, but regardless, I'm taking my business elsewhere and I highly suggest you do the same."

"I have been with this office before Kerry took over. The service I received for a window repair is unacceptable. Kerry Rafferty never returned my call. His staff, while generally personable, was unwilling to do any research to solve my problem. I had to conduct all of the research. And 5 days later, I still do not have the window in my car replaced. We will be pulling all lines of coverage from this office."
